Refund & Digital Goods Policy

All products sold on this website are digital goods delivered electronically. No physical products are shipped.

Refunds

Because digital products cannot be “returned”, all sales are generally final once the template access link or file has been delivered.

We may approve refunds if

• The product download link was never delivered
• You were charged more than once for the same order
• The file is technically defective and cannot be used

No refunds will be issued for

• Change of mind after delivery
• Not understanding Notion usage
• Claiming “no longer needed” after access is provided
